By the way, I would also like to introduce some brief information about myself, where i am from? What will i share to everyone today?
My name is Van, it’s mean cloud in the sky, sometime ít’s also mean “big car”, which western people call it. I am a Vietnamese girl but not come from Hanoi , where i was born and grow up in city of central area of Vietnam, it’s famous with tourism destination but maily for Vietnamese people, beside that also famous with many “sidewalk vendor” along beach with the highest price, It’s really attractive tourist on summer holiday……
I just lived that until 18 year old, leaved lovely hometown for coming Hanoi, where I began join University, then graduated & working here until now (it’s more 10 years living at Hanoi city). Here is one of a place I really want to built up my life, where is taking me many chance to meet everyone from another areas in the world.

I remember when i was a student at university – faculty of tourism – Hanoi Open University. Beside studying some objects with foreign teacher, i created myself an opportunity looking for a part time job at old quarter with many positions such receptionist at hotel, sale tour at travel agency so that improve my speaking English skill. After graduating at university, I worked for Vietnamairlines at airport for nearly 2years as a check in agent. Though about not suitable with this position, made final decision to give up it. Then, leading to tourism which i really love experience to share everyone about my country, destination in Vietnam,cultural, historical or even delicious vendor food in each street in Hanoi, it’s the reason why Slandtravel.com have built.

Here is some advises for you before coming Vietnam for traveling. Thus, im Vietnamese citizen but I hate someone who ready want to steal money and anything from tourists. Moreover, some things you need to avoid.
Steal crime:
Most of tourist to Vietnam are worry about steal situation here, it’s very quick to get something out of your handbag without anyone know, really very light as a feather, then they will be escape in crowd
So, you should protect your property and yourself. Crime is often occurs much more in tourism street in
Hanoi Old Quarter, or any place where have many tourists come, especially in shopping areas, walking streets…..
To protect your valuable things from pickpockets and avoid carry on handbags with passport, much money, wearing expensive jewellery with you when getting outside, Let’s leave them at secret places of yours or it could be leave at receptionist with protection.
For camera, please keeping it your hand careful if you ar carrying it with you, which help you save beautiful memory in your trip in Vietnam
Beside violent of attack against tourist on streets, nowadays it’s popular by report of argument over hotel, restaurant or even taxi. Please before going somewhere by taxi, don’t lazy to looking position where you are going to come and how is distance on google maps, it’s convenient for payment driver taxi, not all but someone is having short of thinking to do that. It’s too bad for influence to vietnam’s face.
Even with cyclo, be careful with them, like driver taxi
I know it’s popular in Vietnam, also popular all tourism destination in another areas. So, the duty we need do to limits which is derect influenting to develop our country? Let’s make our country more beauty in their eyes..
